Types of data processed
Server collects data on access to the site and stores it as „server log files“. The following data is logged in this way:
- Website visited
- Time at the time of access
- Amount of data sent in bytes
- Source/reference from which you came to the page
- Browser used
- Operating system used
- IP address used
Purpose of data processing
The data collected is only used for the technically necessary transmission of the website content. However, the website operator reserves the right to check the server log files retrospectively if there are concrete indications of illegal use.
Legal basis
Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for the aforementioned data processing. The processing of the aforementioned data is necessary for the provision of a website and thus serves to safeguard our legitimate interest.
Treatment of personal data
Personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent, unless there is legal action.
Retention period
Your personal data will be stored for 8 weeks and then deleted. The collection of data for the availability of the website and the storage of the data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on the part of the user. Further storage may take place in individual cases if this is required by law.
