EU.ACE is committed to fostering inclusive, learner-centered approaches to higher education across Europe. A central focus of the consortium is to ensure that mobility and international exchange are not privileges for a few but rather accessible and meaningful opportunities for all. This vision is not only aligned with the EU.ACE strategy, but it also actively reinforces core European values such as solidarity, openness, and peaceful coexistence.
An excellent example of this in action was the EU.ACE Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), hosted by our lead coordinator, the University for Continuing Education Krems, and delivered by the University of Alba Iulia. Held under the theme “Creating an Inclusive International Academic Environment for International Universities”, the programme brought together over 80 participants from across the consortium. It offered an engaging space for inclusive learning, intercultural dialogue, and collaboration, demonstrating how academic mobility can build bridges, foster mutual understanding, and strengthen shared value systems.
To further promote regional and international cooperation, EU.ACE also joined the E³UDRES² Science Festival, an inspiring event filled with interactive workshops, lively discussions, and a welcoming atmosphere. These gatherings remind us that creating inclusive and international academic environments is not a distant goal; it’s already happening, powered by people and partnerships.
EU.ACE is committed to fostering systemic changes that integrate lifelong learning and mobility within European higher education. This ensures that all learners, regardless of their background, have the opportunity to grow, connect, and contribute to a peaceful, united Europe.
