EU.ACE played a key role as co-organiser of the „Focus on the Future“ Summit, held in Drosendorf in September 2025. The summit, organised by E³UDRES², USTP St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences, and N’Cyan in collaboration with Landuni, EULiST, and EU.ACE, brought together European University Alliances to discuss the future of higher education, lifelong learning, and strategic leadership in European university networks.
The event provided a platform for building bridges between alliances, fostering dialogue on shared challenges, and thinking ahead about the future role of European Universities in transforming higher education systems across the continent.
EU.ACE was represented by Wendy Coones and Katalin Szondy, who contributed expert inputs on lifelong learning strategies and leadership within European University Alliances — reflecting our consortium’s commitment to policy engagement, knowledge exchange, and collaborative innovation.
The summit demonstrated the strength of inter-alliance cooperation and reaffirmed EU.ACE’s active role in shaping the European lifelong learning landscape.
