Third EU.ACE Week: Education for All – Empowering Higher Education through Quality Micro-Credentials.

Interactive workshops enabled participants to share expertise, collaborate across institutions, and develop new ideas for continuing education.

The third EU.ACE Week was a five-day Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme that took place March 23 – March 27, 2026, dedicated to advancing Academic Continuing Education and micro-credentials. Hosted by HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, created by the University of Alba Iulia and powered and delivered by EU.ACE, the event brought together students, experts and staff from EU.ACE partner institutions to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and co-create future initiatives.

Through a combination of virtual sessions and on-site workshops, participants explored key topics such as lifelong learning, flexible and inclusive education design, institutional strategies, and the evolving role of micro-credentials in higher education. The programme provided a valuable platform to connect with international colleagues, gain practical insights, and contribute to shaping the future of continuing education in Europe.

The EU.ACE Executive Board gathered during the week to align on strategy and support the continued development of the alliance.
